Unlike other companies, our 'salesmen' are not pushy or high pressure. We will not invade your home for hours on end. A typical appointment lasts about a hour and will consist of an initial consultation, a room survey and, if the job is simple enough, we will be able to advise a price. However, we would prefer to spend time in the office, preparing the design whilst considering all the information, to give the best possible solution. We normally invite customers to visit the showroom a few days after the consultation/survey, to review the design, finalise on colours, finishes, handles and interiors. Then we can accurately cost the project and advise our best price.
In fact, our 'salesmen' are not salesmen at all. They are actually the owners of the business (Phil & Martin) and are therefore able to offer the best available prices - without having to 'phone the boss'!
